Andrew (Pat) Waldo
CEO
Andrew (Pat) Waldo has previously founded two technology and service companies offering compliance systems for food, chemical and consumer product manufacturers. Both companies grew to global coverage and operations. He was most recently CEO of Decernis and negotiated its acquisition by private equity. Â

Mr. Waldo has led the integration with global enterprise systems and building multi-lingual AI systems. He received a number of patents in this area. He developed a control system that was a finalist of a Smithsonian Institution Award for Innovation.
Yong Zou
CTO
Yong Zou brings more than 25 years of experience in software engineering, AI development, and technology leadership across both management and hands-on technical roles. His career includes work with multiple Fortune 100 companies and two startups as a partner, spanning information technology, financial services, and international regulatory and compliance systems. Mr. Zou holds a B.S. in Mathematics and an M.S. in Computer Science, including graduate research in artificial intelligence.Â
